Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga includes different techniques, sequences and timing and also incorporates breath attention, mindful alignment and the specific cultivation of strength, flexibility and balance.



Practicing this style regularly, with attention given to proper alignment they can achieve balance in the body — and when the body is balanced, so is the mind. That allows students to relax and release the body into a gentle stretch that is held for as longer duration.
